The Career Development Centre prepares students for both technical and non-technical careers — through structured mentorship, job-readiness training and a continuous programme of recruitment drives.
HITS secured placements across both tech and non-tech domains during AY 2025–26. A total of 170 students were placed with IT sector companies, while many others launched careers across core engineering industries — a balance that reflects the industry relevance of the academic programmes.
A certificate mentorship programme delivered by employees of Amazon, Cognizant and LinkedIn, running across February and March 2026 for final-year students. The programme spans eight hours over two months and is open to eligible students who have opted for placements.
